new topic that will be sitting here uselessly for a week. hmm.... what a lonely existance it has...

"Awww! Can I hug you?' I asked with a hopeful smile.

Locke stopped running and looked up at Micaela with tears streaming down his face with no sign of stopping and just stared at her for a few seconds before nodding.

"Oh, good, I love hugs!" I wrapped him up in my arms and squeezed. "If you ever want a hug.... I give free ones all the time....cuz you're just supercute.."

Locke just continued to cry, thankful for the hug
I sighed,"what happend now, bud?"
He sniffled and shook his head,"don't wanna talk about it..."

"That's ok, I'll hug you forever," I said with a smile as I cuddled him, then mouthed to Samantha. "My gosh...can I trade him for Shand for a weekend maybe?....so cuddly!!"

I tried not to laugh, "sure, if they're kids during a weekend...I have a feeling that could be awkward for both of us if they're adults."

I made a disappointed face and loved on him some more. *gosh.... if all kids were sooo cuddly... maybe....it might be enough to make me want.....nahhh*
"Well, if this strange phenomenon ever occurs again, I get aaaallll of Locke's hugs...being the only one who truly appreciates them and all...my goodness, I could hug you all day!"

I rolled my eyes and smiled.
Locke looked up at Micaela with tears still streaming down his face, "Are you mad about what I did?"

I paused for a minute, then closed my eyes. "No..I'm not mad...just keep hugging me and don't say anything else..."

"Not even a little?" He questioned as he continued to cry.
I looked at Micaela and mouthed, "Better at least ask what he did."

"Nope...it's all ok," I inhaled. "Just hug me close and tell me what you did..."

He frowned and a fresh flood of tears came down,"ihitAleric." he mumbled together as quickly as possible
I stared for a second as I tried to understand what he said then I laughed

I sighed in relief. "Well it's a dirty job buddy, somebody's gotta prepare him for real life... you're really good at cuddling, did you know that?...you should consider that as a future career... lean toward that as you grow up, alright?" I winked up at Samantha. "And don't you dare laugh."

I pressed my lips togeter and looked the other way.
Locke tilted his head from one side to the other,"but... He's... Crying..."

"Well I imagine he is, he has to perfect the art by the time he's grown," I stroked Locke's hair as I hugged him. "Was it an accident?"

Locke shook his head, not wanting to answer out loud.
